The Ethics of Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity and ethics provide an important intersection in our world today. With incredible access to data and information, organizations are tasked with considering the impact of unauthorized access or use of this data. This can come in a variety of forms, from insider threats and criminals on the internet to nation-states. In this talk, we will share an overview of these topics. Our aim is not to provide answers to these complicated and nuanced issues, rather we will provide a range of case studies and topics to pique further interest. We expect this session will be interactive and allow time for questions and provide resources on where to learn more.
